Changing perceptions about ageing – one video at a time

The average age of people employed in marketing communications in the UK was a tender 33 years when we researched our book on the ageing consumer a few years ago.

These young folks are often in the driving seat of day-to-day decisions about product and service design, communications, retail and all-round customer experience. So any effort to correct outdated perceptions among younger people about older people, should be applauded.

A few months ago I wrote about a stunning video that highlighted the distorted view many young people have of older ones.
