Sales of testosterone up 90 percent in 5 years

A new testosterone product from Abbott Labs, Androgel, is being marketed to ageing men to offset diminished libido and receding hairline, but not without controversy.

The USA National Institute on Aging for the National Institutes of Health says that there is no evidence indicating that testosterone products are of any specific benefit to men seeking to mitigate the effects of testosterone decline.
