  1. Identify a special interests among the 50 + (or any other age break e.g. 40+, 65 +) or other filters to maximize relevance
  2. Invite them to participate in a category specific mini-survey.
  1. Those who accept are directed to the survey website.
  2. Once a survey is completed user's must opt-in (to be considered as qualified)
  1. Survey responses are segmented according to response and each segment is sent an EDM message specifically tailored to that response.
